ITC Hotels’ stock will be removed from Sensex and other BSE indices before trading begins today, February 5, 2025. The stock, which was temporarily included for portfolio rebalancing, will now face passive selling pressure of over ₹400 crore by index trackers. Another ₹700 crore worth of selling may follow when it exits the NSE Nifty 50.
