Dr. Jagvir Singh

Dr. Jagvir Singh

When scientific expertise meets entrepreneurial vision, transformative industries emerge. Few leaders embody this intersection as effectively as Dr. Jagvir Singh, a nanotechnology scientist, innovation strategist, and entrepreneur whose work has helped bridge the gap between laboratory discoveries and commercially successful products. Through his leadership of Swift Innovations Inc. and the Refresh Botanicals brand, Dr. Singh has become a driving force in advancing sustainable extraction technologies, nano-enabled formulations, and science-backed consumer products across North America.

With more than two decades of experience spanning scientific research, technology commercialization, academia, innovation management, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Singh has built a career around one central mission: making advanced technologies accessible, sustainable, and beneficial for society. His remarkable transition from academic research laboratories to leading innovative businesses demonstrates a unique combination of scientific expertise, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial vision.

Founder, President and CEO of Swift Innovations Inc., and the visionary behind the Refresh Botanicals brand in Alberta, Canada, Dr. Singh leads the organization focused on supercritical CO₂ extraction, nanoencapsulation, controlled-release delivery systems, and bioactive ingredient commercialization. His work reflects a commitment to sustainability, scientific excellence, and the commercialization of technologies that can positively influence health, wellness, and industrial advancement.

What distinguishes Dr. Singh's leadership journey is his deep understanding of both the scientific and commercial dimensions of innovation. Throughout his career, he has consistently focused on closing the gap between groundbreaking research and market-ready solutions. Rather than allowing promising discoveries to remain confined within laboratories, he has dedicated himself to ensuring that innovative technologies reach the people and industries that can benefit from them most.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Dr. Singh built a distinguished career at the intersection of scientific research, innovation management, and technology commercialization. During his tenure with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in India, he played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between laboratory discoveries and market-ready solutions. His responsibilities spanned technology transfer, intellectual property management, business development, project leadership, and strategic industry-academia collaborations. By facilitating technology licensing, leading commercialization initiatives, and fostering partnerships between researchers and industry stakeholders, he helped transform cutting-edge scientific innovations into commercially viable technologies with real-world impact. This experience laid the foundation for his future success as an entrepreneur dedicated to translating science into sustainable business opportunities and societal value.

His scientific contributions are equally noteworthy. As a researcher specializing in chemical engineering and nanotechnology, Dr. Singh worked extensively on advanced materials, nanostructures, sensing technologies, and hybrid films. His research explored innovative approaches for detecting environmental contaminants, improving sensing applications, and understanding complex material interactions. These experiences not only strengthened his technical expertise but also reinforced his belief that science should ultimately serve practical human needs.

Dr. Singh's influence extends far beyond the laboratory and boardroom. Throughout his academic engagements with the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), University of Alberta, and Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, he has played a pivotal role in developing future scientists, innovators, and entrepreneurs. Recognizing that sustainable innovation depends on strong talent pipelines and collaborative ecosystems, he has dedicated significant efforts to mentoring emerging professionals, advancing applied research, and strengthening partnerships between academia and industry. His commitment to knowledge transfer and human capital development reflects a belief that the true measure of leadership lies not only in personal achievement, but in inspiring and enabling others to create lasting impact.

A defining chapter of Dr. Singh’s career was his leadership role in applied research and innovation at Lethbridge College. In this capacity, he worked to expand research capabilities, strengthen industry engagement, and embed applied research within academic programs. By bringing together researchers, students, and industry partners, he helped advance collaborative initiatives that addressed real-world challenges while creating meaningful opportunities for innovation, commercialization, and workforce development beyond the traditional academic setting.

Today, as an entrepreneur, Dr. Singh continues to build on a career shaped by science, innovation, and commercialization. Through his companies, he is focused on developing sustainable technologies and products that address real-world challenges while creating lasting value. Drawing on his multidisciplinary background, including a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (Nanotechnology), an MBA in Marketing, and extensive experience in research and industry leadership, he brings a practical understanding of both technical innovation and market realities. This unique combination enables him to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and commercial success while remaining firmly committed to advancing innovation with integrity and purpose.

What makes Dr. Jagvir Singh particularly inspiring is his ability to evolve continuously while remaining grounded in his core purpose. Whether leading research initiatives, building partnerships, mentoring future professionals, or scaling innovative businesses, he consistently demonstrates that transformative leadership is built upon curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities.

Looking ahead, Dr. Singh is focused on scaling advanced bioactive extraction and nano-delivery technologies that improve ingredient performance while reducing environmental impact. His vision includes expanding proprietary extraction platforms, accelerating commercialization of natural bioactives, and creating sustainable manufacturing solutions that position Canada as a global leader in innovation-driven consumer products. Through continued investment in research, intellectual property development, and strategic partnerships, he aims to ensure that scientific breakthroughs reach the marketplace faster and more effectively than ever before.

In an era where innovation is increasingly measured not only by technological advancement but by its ability to solve real-world challenges, Dr. Jagvir Singh represents a new generation of scientific entrepreneurs. His career demonstrates that lasting impact is created when research, sustainability, and commercial execution work together. As he continues to push the boundaries of extraction science, nano-enabled technologies, and product innovation, Dr. Singh is helping shape industries that are smarter, more sustainable, and better prepared for the future.

Dr. Fredina Usher-Weems

Dr. Fredina Usher-Weems

Dr. Fredina Usher-Weems believes that true leadership is measured not only by professional accomplishments but by the lives transformed through compassion, purpose, and service. At a time when conversations around health are expanding beyond physical fitness to embrace emotional resilience, mental wellness, and spiritual fulfillment, she has emerged as a passionate advocate for holistic well-being. Guided by unwavering faith and a genuine desire to uplift others, she has dedicated her life's work to empowering individuals, particularly women, to discover their inner strength, cultivate self-confidence, and embrace their fullest potential.

Together with her husband, Byron D. Weems, Dr. Fredina leads a family-owned mission focused on helping people achieve lasting transformation by nurturing the spirit, soul, and body as one. Their work reflects a shared commitment to creating healthier individuals, stronger families, and more resilient communities. Through wellness education, coaching, mentorship, and faith-based guidance, they encourage people to view well-being as a lifelong journey rather than a destination, inspiring them to become, in Dr. Fredina's words, "simply the best me possible."

Her passion for health and wellness began remarkably early. Growing up in Cleveland, Ohio, she spent much of her childhood at her parents' daycare, where neighborhood children and relatives affectionately knew her as the "fitness center instructor." Even at the age of twelve, she naturally gravitated toward motivating others to stay active and healthy. What started as youthful enthusiasm gradually evolved into a lifelong calling that would define both her personal and professional journey.

Determined to transform her passion into meaningful impact, Dr. Fredina pursued extensive academic studies and continuous professional development throughout her career. Her commitment to lifelong learning has enabled her to build expertise across multiple areas of health and wellness, including fitness, nutrition, wellness coaching, behavioral transformation, mental health, and higher education. With more than three decades of professional experience, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the many factors that influence individual well-being and has consistently translated that knowledge into practical solutions that empower others to lead healthier, more balanced lives.

Over the years, Dr. Fredina has worked across a wide range of environments, including corporations, educational institutions, churches, community organizations, and wellness initiatives. Regardless of the audience, her approach remains rooted in empathy, encouragement, and genuine care for each individual's personal journey. Rather than focusing solely on physical health, she helps people strengthen their emotional resilience, deepen their spiritual foundation, and develop the confidence needed to navigate life's challenges with purpose and hope.

Central to her work is the philosophy she calls the "Wholistic Call to Care." More than a wellness model, it represents a way of life that recognizes the deep connection between emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. Dr. Fredina believes that sustainable transformation occurs when every dimension of a person's life is nurtured with intention and compassion. By integrating these elements into her coaching, education, and leadership, she helps individuals create meaningful, long-term change that extends far beyond traditional approaches to health.

Women remain at the heart of Dr. Fredina's mission. She is deeply committed to helping women recognize their inherent value, embrace their unique strengths, and confidently pursue lives filled with purpose and fulfillment. Through her mentorship and educational initiatives, she encourages women to replace self-doubt with self-belief, transform adversity into opportunity, and become positive influences within their families, workplaces, and communities. Her message consistently reminds women that genuine confidence begins with understanding their worth and living authentically.

Looking toward the future, Dr. Fredina remains guided by the same principles that have shaped her remarkable journey, humility, faithfulness, love, and unwavering dedication to serving others. She envisions expanding the reach of her "Wholistic Call to Care" philosophy, enabling even more individuals to experience transformation through a balanced approach to wellness that honors every aspect of human life. Her aspiration is not simply to improve health outcomes but to inspire lasting personal growth that empowers people to thrive emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically.

As industries increasingly recognize that human well-being is fundamental to sustainable success, leaders like Dr. Fredina Usher-Weems continue to redefine what meaningful leadership looks like. Her ability to combine professional expertise with genuine compassion, faith-centered values, and an enduring commitment to empowering others has established her as a respected voice in holistic wellness. Through decades of service and an unwavering dedication to transforming lives, she continues to inspire individuals to embrace healthier, more purposeful futures, making her a truly deserving honoree among the Most Empowering Business Leaders to Follow in 2026.

Inaas Abdalla

Inaas Abdalla

The most inspiring entrepreneurs are often those who refuse to accept that certain people must remain overlooked. Rather than building businesses around trends, they identify gaps that others have ignored and create meaningful solutions with purpose and intention. This philosophy has shaped every chapter of Inaas Abdalla's entrepreneurial journey. Whether in beauty, skincare, or artificial intelligence, each of her ventures begins with the same question: Who has been underserved, and how can innovation create something better? It is this consistent commitment to solving real problems that defines her leadership and continues to drive her growing impact across multiple industries.

For Inaas, entrepreneurship is not about managing separate businesses, it is about pursuing one mission through different platforms. Every venture reflects the same belief that "close enough" is never enough when people's needs have been overlooked.

Through Inês Cosmetics, she set out to challenge long-standing gaps in the beauty industry by creating products for those who had too often been treated as an afterthought. The brand specialises in premium DIY cluster lash extensions that are cruelty-free, salon-quality, and thoughtfully developed for diverse skin tones and sensitivities. Rather than asking customers to compromise between ethical beauty and exceptional results, Inês Cosmetics demonstrates that both can exist together. The brand was built on a simple but powerful conviction: people deserve products designed with them in mind, not products that merely "probably work."

The same pursuit of thoughtful, personalised solutions led to the creation of InêSKN, her evidence-based virtual skincare consultancy. Recognising that skincare advice is often generic and trend-driven, Inaas developed a platform centred on science, education, and individual needs. With a particular focus on skin of colour, barrier health, and ingredient-led formulations, she provides personalised consultations supported by her specialist training under Çiğdem Kemal at Skin Masterclass. For Inaas, skincare is never about opinions or marketing claims, it is about helping people make informed decisions based on evidence, knowledge, and what genuinely works for them.

While building successful beauty ventures, Inaas identified another group that was being underserved: entrepreneurs navigating the rapidly evolving world of artificial intelligence. She observed that founders were often left choosing between communities that offered encouragement without practical structure and AI resources that explained technology without connecting it to real business strategy. Seeing an opportunity to bridge this gap, she founded YIP (Your Intellectual Partner).

As Executive Director of YIP, Inaas has created a founder-focused community that brings together business fundamentals, practical AI education, mentorship, automation strategies, and collaborative learning through the Founder Growth Lab. Rather than positioning artificial intelligence as a replacement for human creativity, YIP encourages founders to use AI as an intellectual partner that strengthens decision-making, improves efficiency, and supports sustainable business growth. Her vision is to equip entrepreneurs with practical systems that enable them to build resilient businesses in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Looking across all three ventures, a clear pattern emerges. Every initiative begins by recognising people who have been overlooked and creating solutions specifically designed for them. Whether developing inclusive beauty products, providing evidence-based skincare guidance, or helping founders confidently embrace AI, Inaas approaches every challenge with the same philosophy: meaningful innovation begins by understanding who has been left behind and taking responsibility for building something better.

Supported by an MBA and a year-long programme in artificial intelligence, Inaas combines strategic business thinking with emerging technologies to create businesses that are both commercially relevant and socially meaningful. Operating across London and Riyadh, with expansion into Qatar forming part of her broader regional vision, she brings an international perspective to everything she builds. Fluent in English and Arabic, she works comfortably across diverse markets while creating solutions with global relevance.

Her creativity extends well beyond entrepreneurship. Inaas also writes songs and community anthems in multiple languages, bringing the same thoughtful approach to creative expression that defines her business ventures. Whether developing a beauty product, designing an AI-powered learning community, or composing music for community events, her philosophy remains remarkably consistent: build something that genuinely fits the people it is intended to serve.

Although beauty, skincare, and artificial intelligence may appear to belong to different industries, Inaas Abdalla sees them as different expressions of the same purpose. Each venture begins with the same question, each solution is guided by empathy, and each innovation is designed to create meaningful impact for those who have too often been overlooked. As industries continue to evolve through technology and changing consumer expectations, her journey demonstrates that the most transformative businesses are not built by following trends, but by solving real problems with authenticity, purpose, and vision. It is this distinctive approach to entrepreneurship that makes Inaas Abdalla one of the Most Empowering Business Leaders to Follow in 2026.

Jonathan Eldridge

Jonathan Eldridge

Leadership is often measured by titles, achievements, and business success. Yet the leaders who leave the greatest impact are those whose influence is shaped not only by professional accomplishments but also by the personal challenges that redefine their perspective. Jonathan Eldridge belongs to that rare category of leaders whose greatest lessons were learned far beyond the boardroom. His journey demonstrates that authentic leadership is not built through comfort or recognition but through resilience, self-discovery, and an unwavering commitment to helping others become their best.

As the Founder of Soul Focus LLC, Jonathan has dedicated his work to developing leaders who inspire trust, build meaningful relationships, and create lasting organizational impact. His career spans more than two decades in professional services and staffing, where he consistently demonstrated an ability to build, lead, and transform high-performing teams. Beginning with the successful establishment of the Detroit market in 2002 and later expanding operations in Philadelphia in 2006, Jonathan built a reputation for delivering sustainable growth and exceptional client experiences.

His leadership journey reached another significant milestone during his tenure as Chief Experience Officer at Eight Eleven Group, where he spent six years helping shape the organization's customer experience strategy and helped grow Eight Eleven Group into a premier national staffing firm. While the business achievements were impressive, Jonathan recognizes that the experiences defining his leadership philosophy occurred away from corporate success stories.

One of the most challenging chapters of his life came through an extended battle with his health. After undergoing four total knee replacement surgeries, including two failed procedures that required complete revision, Jonathan found himself learning to walk again four separate times. During this same period, he also committed to rebuilding his health, ultimately losing 70 pounds while redefining his relationship with himself.

Rather than allowing adversity to define his future, Jonathan used these experiences to reshape his understanding of leadership. He discovered that resilience is not an inherited quality or a personality trait but a discipline that must be practiced every day. The process of rebuilding both physically and mentally taught him valuable lessons about humility, perseverance, vulnerability, and the importance of leading oneself before attempting to lead others. Those experiences became the foundation for everything he teaches today.

Nearly a decade ago, while still serving at Eight Eleven Group, Jonathan began developing what would eventually become the CARE Framework, Connection Amplifies Real Engagement. Unlike many leadership models built primarily on theory, the CARE Framework evolved through practical application inside a growing organization. As employee engagement strengthened and customer satisfaction reached well above world-class Net Promoter Score benchmarks, Jonathan realized that authentic connection was not simply a personal belief but a repeatable leadership strategy capable of transforming organizational culture.

Today, the CARE Framework serves as the cornerstone of Soul Focus, guiding keynote presentations, executive coaching, leadership workshops, and fractional executive partnerships. Built around twelve attributes of authentic leadership, the framework encourages leaders to move beyond authority and cultivate genuine trust, engagement, and human connection within their teams. Jonathan also emphasizes what he calls the "IT Factor", the intangible quality that distinguishes leaders people merely follow from those they genuinely want to follow because of the trust and authenticity they consistently demonstrate.

Jonathan's commitment to empowering leaders has continued to gain momentum through several significant milestones. In October 2025, he published Struggle to Strength: How Authentic, Relatable Leadership Shapes Success, which quickly became a national Amazon bestseller. The book combines his personal experiences with the principles behind the CARE Framework, offering readers an honest reflection on how adversity can become the catalyst for authentic leadership. Rather than presenting idealized leadership theories, Jonathan shares practical lessons rooted in lived experience, making his message both relatable and actionable.

His growing influence has also led to opportunities to inspire diverse audiences across industries. During 2026, Jonathan delivered the closing keynote at the SMPS SERC Conference in Norfolk, guest lectured within the University of Michigan's graduate entrepreneurial program, and facilitated a four-hour CARE Framework workshop for a large construction firm's leadership team. What began as a single workshop has since evolved into a six-month leadership engagement, reinforcing Jonathan's belief that meaningful leadership transformation is achieved through sustained behavioral change rather than one-time inspiration.

At the heart of Jonathan's philosophy is a simple but powerful belief: authentic leadership begins long before someone feels completely prepared. He encourages aspiring leaders to stop waiting for the perfect title, ideal circumstances, or complete confidence before stepping forward. His own experience taught him that his most meaningful leadership lessons emerged during the moments when he felt physically and emotionally challenged, not when everything appeared successful.

Jonathan believes that leadership is fundamentally about connection, connecting honestly with one's own struggles while building genuine relationships with the people being served. When leaders embrace authenticity and relatability, trust naturally follows, and organizational success becomes a byproduct rather than the primary objective.

His advice for emerging leaders reflects the same principles that have guided his own remarkable journey. He encourages them to lead with authenticity, remain approachable, and practice the four pillars of CARE Excellence: be Consistent, stay Adaptable, remain completely Reliable, and Execute on every commitment they make. These values continue to shape Jonathan's work through Soul Focus as he empowers individuals and organizations to build cultures grounded in trust, resilience, and meaningful human connection.

For Jonathan Eldridge, empowering leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about embracing one's story, turning adversity into purpose, and creating an environment where others can thrive. It is this philosophy that continues to inspire leaders across industries, and one he simply summarizes with the words that have become his signature closing: Take CARE.

Dr. Stephanie Krol

Dr. Stephanie Krol

In an era where expertise is abundant but lasting influence is increasingly rare, true leadership belongs to those who know how to transform knowledge into meaningful, scalable impact. The most empowering leaders are no longer defined solely by what they know, but by the systems they build, the opportunities they create, and the legacy they leave behind. Dr. Stephanie Krol has spent her career proving exactly that.

As a Chief Digital Officer, growth strategist, multi-company founder, educator, award-winning author, and business systems architect, Dr. Krol has built a career around helping individuals and organizations convert expertise into sustainable assets. Her work spans higher education, business strategy, digital transformation, publishing, real estate, and operational excellence, yet a single philosophy connects every chapter of her professional journey: long-term success is never accidental, it is intentionally designed through strategy, systems, and execution.

Over more than two decades, Dr. Krol has led organizations through periods of transformation by combining visionary thinking with disciplined implementation. Early in her leadership career, she developed a strong reputation within higher education, where she helped thousands of students become the first college graduates in their families while mentoring professionals whose careers would go on to create lasting economic and social impact. She later accepted the challenge of leading an underperforming academic institution and successfully transformed it into one of the organization's top-performing schools in less than a year through strategic leadership, operational discipline, and measurable performance systems.

These experiences reinforced a belief that continues to define her leadership today: meaningful transformation does not happen because organizations work harder; it happens because they build better systems.

That mindset became the foundation for Catalyst Group (Solutions), where Dr. Krol helps entrepreneurs, authors, educational institutions, and growing businesses strengthen every stage of their customer journey. Rather than focusing solely on visibility or marketing campaigns, she develops complete business infrastructures that integrate digital strategy, CRM automation, customer acquisition, operational workflows, performance analytics, and scalable revenue systems. Her approach enables organizations to replace fragmented processes with repeatable systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Her passion for empowering knowledge creators also inspired the launch of Riley-Infinity, a boutique publishing and business infrastructure company designed to help authors retain ownership of their intellectual property while building sustainable businesses around their expertise. Having witnessed how many aspiring authors become trapped in unfavorable publishing agreements, Dr. Krol created an author-first model that prioritizes transparency, education, and long-term value creation. Beyond publishing books, Riley-Infinity helps clients develop complete authority ecosystems through educational programs, digital platforms, marketing infrastructure, and scalable business systems that continue generating value long after publication.

Innovation has never been limited to a single industry throughout Dr. Krol's career. Her leadership extends into real estate through Inland Real Estate Network (IREN), where she serves as Owner and President, building a technology-enabled referral brokerage platform that simplifies operations while maintaining regulatory compliance and exceptional member experiences. Simultaneously, as Executive Vice President and Co-Owner of Inland Real Estate School, she oversees business strategy, operational performance, program development, compliance, partnerships, and student success initiatives, ensuring that education remains practical, accessible, and aligned with industry demands.

What distinguishes Dr. Krol is her remarkable ability to bridge seemingly unrelated disciplines by applying universal principles of leadership, operational excellence, and strategic execution. Whether advising educational institutions, entrepreneurs, authors, or real estate professionals, she consistently focuses on helping people move beyond isolated expertise to build enduring systems capable of creating measurable and sustainable results.

Her influence extends beyond business growth into education, health, and consumer advocacy. As the author of the award-winning book What the Pet Food Industry Is Not Telling You: Developing Good Practices for a Healthier Dog, Dr. Krol transformed a deeply personal experience into a research-driven educational movement that evolved into the Dog Prep Method. The initiative provides structured educational programs, certification pathways, and practical guidance that help pet owners make more informed decisions about nutrition, wellness, and preventative care. The project reflects her broader commitment to transforming research into accessible knowledge that improves lives.

Recognition has naturally followed her contributions across multiple industries. Dr. Krol has earned more than twenty national and international awards, is a three-time award-winning author, a Marquis Who's Who inductee, and has been honored with distinctions including Woman of the Year and Executive Professional of the Year. Yet despite these achievements, her professional identity remains firmly rooted in service, measurable outcomes, and helping others unlock opportunities they never believed possible.

Her educational background further reflects her lifelong commitment to continuous learning. Holding a Doctor of Education from Wayne State University, a master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Public Administration, and advanced studies from institutions including Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Dr. Krol continues to combine academic rigor with practical business execution in every initiative she leads.

Looking ahead, Dr. Krol envisions a future where leaders are recognized not simply for their expertise but for their ability to create scalable systems that empower others long after individual achievements have faded. Through digital innovation, authority-based business architecture, operational excellence, and education, she continues helping organizations and professionals transform ideas into enduring value.

For Dr. Stephanie Krol, leadership is not measured by visibility alone, it is measured by the structures built, the opportunities created, and the lasting impact those systems continue to generate for future generations.

Greg Fuller

Greg Fuller

Modern construction leadership requires more than technical knowledge. It demands the ability to solve complex problems, build reliable systems, embrace innovation, and respond to the growing importance of sustainability. Greg Fuller’s career reflects this combination of practical experience, continuous learning, and forward-thinking development. Across several decades and multiple international markets, he has built a reputation for improving project controls, quality management, cost planning, data reporting, and operational efficiency.

Greg began his professional journey while studying for a Bachelor of Building at the University of New South Wales. Although he was unable to complete the final four subjects of the degree, his education continued throughout his career through ongoing professional development and industry qualifications. His working life started during his studies and progressed from Contracts Administration and contract quantity surveying into Project Management across projects of varying size and complexity.

During these early years, Greg developed a natural ability for problem-solving, cost planning, data management, and reporting. He also became skilled at establishing systems and implementing them within corporate and project environments. One of the most important early milestones in his career came during the Sydney International Airport Terminal expansion project in the late 1980s.

As Project Manager for all movement-related contracts, Greg was responsible for 37 separate packages covering lifts, escalators, turntables, conveyors, and other systems. The development was one of the first two projects in Australia to use Quality Assurance as the contractual foundation. Greg created and implemented a complete QA system for the project, including policies, procedures, checklists, testing requirements, and inspection plans aligned with AS9000.

Alongside the Quality Assurance framework, he also developed a dedicated Safety Management System. The project became the first active construction project globally to operate with a functioning QA system of this nature. His contribution led to his appointment to the Quality Assurance Board of OTIS Elevator Company in Australia.

From this foundation, Greg continued designing and implementing integrated systems for companies across quality, environmental management, workplace safety, auditing, and corporate governance. He later gained formal qualifications in Quality, Environment, and Safety Management, including auditing and Lead Auditor requirements, strengthening the practical expertise he had already developed through years of project delivery.

His international career began in Australia and later included time in Singapore, Scotland, and London. Greg eventually relocated to the United Arab Emirates after previously managing his company’s local work remotely. Around eighteen months ago, he established his own business in the UAE, bringing together his experience in construction management, systems development, sustainability, and financial controls.

To strengthen his credibility and consulting capabilities within the region, Greg continues to pursue qualifications relevant to the UAE construction market. He is currently completing a Doctor of Business Administration in Construction Management and a Diploma in FIDIC. He has also earned the LEED AP BD+C credential, enabling him to provide formal green building consultancy services.

His DBA research examines how sustainability affects construction costs and project programmes in the UAE, along with methods for managing and mitigating those impacts. Through this work, Greg aims to support the UAE Government’s Net Zero 2050 ambitions by helping construction organizations integrate sustainability into their commercial and operational decision-making.

A major focus of Greg’s current work is the development of advanced digital systems. Drawing on his experience in data and financial management, he created an Enterprise Resource Planning system for detailed construction budgeting, reporting, and forecasting. The system can establish budgets at an individual unit level, as well as by floor, common area, and structural component.

Although residential construction was used as the foundation because of its complexity, the system can be adapted to other construction sectors. Greg is also modifying it for retail businesses, enabling centralized monitoring, purchasing, forecasting, and ordering across stores worldwide. The platform is protected by copyright, with patent applications being pursued, and artificial intelligence is being incorporated to further improve its capabilities.

Greg has also developed a project management application that provides accurate, live reporting on construction progress. The application manages inspections, approvals, and project information from initial development through to facilities management. It is currently in the testing phase and is also being prepared for a patent application.

To support the budgeting process, he has created an automatically populated Bill of Quantities system suitable for large construction projects. Building on a similar tool he developed more than two decades ago for villas and smaller commercial developments, the latest version is being converted into a web-based application. It will support detailed procurement planning, invoicing controls, forecasting, and project visibility.

Greg is also enhancing his ERP platform to report actual carbon dioxide emissions with the same level of detail used for cost reporting. By integrating financial and environmental information, the system aims to simplify sustainability compliance while helping organizations better understand and manage their project emissions.

Among his greatest professional milestones, Greg identifies the successful development of his functioning ERP system and project management application. The planned addition of detailed carbon-emissions reporting represents another important step in his goal of helping construction businesses become more efficient, transparent, and sustainable.

His advice to aspiring leaders is to remain authentic, relatable, and accountable. He encourages professionals to follow his four pillars of CARE Excellence: be Consistent, remain Adaptable, stay completely Reliable, and always Execute on what you promise. For Greg, leadership is ultimately demonstrated through actions, trust, and the ability to deliver meaningful results.

Radouan Bachiri

Radouan Bachiri

In an era where international collaboration has become essential for sustainable progress, remarkable leaders are those who possess the ability to unite people across cultures, industries, and borders. As diplomacy, strategic communication, and global partnerships continue to shape the future of business and society, leaders who can foster trust, encourage meaningful dialogue, and transform relationships into lasting collaborations are becoming increasingly influential. Their impact extends far beyond organizational success, contributing to stronger communities, international cooperation, and a more connected world.

Among these distinguished leaders is Radouan Bachiri, a Brussels-based Public Affairs and Strategic Communications Consultant whose career reflects an unwavering commitment to building bridges between Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. With more than 18 years of experience in public affairs, communications, media relations, and international engagement, Radouan has dedicated his professional journey to connecting institutions, businesses, governments, entrepreneurs, and civil society through purposeful partnerships. As the Founder and President of Moroccan Generation and the European Women's International Leadership Award (EWILA), alongside his work as a consultant, journalist, and international representative, he continues to champion initiatives that promote leadership, diplomacy, innovation, and intercultural understanding. His current roles also include Public Affairs Consultant at Extension Communication Agency, Secretary-General of UPJ-SUD, Official Representative of Morocco Global Leaders Belgium, Ambassador for Northern Africa and the Middle East for Ecocivilisation, and participant in the Crans Montana Forum's New Leaders for Tomorrow initiative.

Radouan's leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in his unique multicultural background. Proudly embracing both his Belgian and Moroccan heritage, he views diversity not simply as a personal identity but as a powerful catalyst for innovation, dialogue, and mutual understanding. Growing up between two cultures provided him with a broader perspective on international cooperation, inspiring him to dedicate his career to strengthening relationships across continents. This multicultural outlook continues to shape every initiative he leads, reinforcing his belief that genuine collaboration begins with understanding and respect.

Throughout his career, Radouan has consistently demonstrated that meaningful partnerships are built through patience, credibility, and authentic commitment rather than short-term objectives. One of the defining challenges of his professional journey has been bringing together individuals and organizations with different cultural backgrounds, institutional priorities, and professional perspectives around a shared vision. Rather than allowing differences to become obstacles, he has transformed them into opportunities for dialogue and cooperation. By prioritizing listening, cultural intelligence, and shared interests, he has established trusted international relationships that continue to create lasting value.

His expertise in public affairs and strategic communications enables him to navigate increasingly complex international environments, where diplomacy and effective communication have become more essential than ever. Whether advising organizations on strategic positioning, developing communication strategies, organizing international initiatives, facilitating cross-sector collaboration, or coordinating and accompanying diplomatic, political, institutional, and economic delegations during international missions and high-level meetings, Radouan believes that leadership is measured not by authority, but by the ability to inspire, unite people, and create opportunities that generate lasting value for society.

Looking ahead, Radouan believes the future will be defined by three interconnected forces: digital transformation, stronger international cooperation, and purpose-driven leadership. As technology continues to reshape communication, strategic decision-making, and global collaboration, he sees artificial intelligence as a valuable enabler that can enhance efficiency and improve strategic insight. However, he remains convinced that technology should complement rather than replace the distinctly human qualities of empathy, diplomacy, ethical judgment, and trust. In an increasingly interconnected world, he believes organizations that successfully combine technological innovation with authentic, people-centered leadership will be best positioned for long-term success.

His long-term vision extends beyond individual achievements. Through Moroccan Generation, EWILA, and various international partnerships, Radouan aims to continue developing platforms that unite leaders, entrepreneurs, institutions, investors, and policymakers committed to strengthening cooperation between Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. By fostering strategic partnerships, international forums, and collaborative ecosystems, he seeks to create environments where innovation, investment, leadership, and human capital can flourish together. For him, success is ultimately measured by the positive and lasting impact created for future generations.

Integrity, excellence, inclusion, respect, and responsibility remain the guiding principles behind every decision he makes. These values influence not only his professional relationships but also the culture of the organizations and initiatives he leads. He firmly believes leadership carries a responsibility to serve others, encourage meaningful dialogue, and create opportunities that generate both economic and social value. Trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to positive change are, in his view, the foundations of sustainable success.

One of Radouan's greatest strengths lies in his ability to connect worlds that might otherwise remain separate. Rather than limiting his work to conventional networking, he focuses on creating platforms where conversations evolve into strategic partnerships, collaborative projects, and enduring relationships. This people-first approach has become a defining characteristic of his leadership, enabling him to transform shared aspirations into measurable impact across multiple sectors and regions.

As his leadership journey has evolved, so too has his understanding of what truly defines an effective leader. Experience has shifted his focus from managing projects to empowering people, recognizing that exceptional outcomes are achieved when individuals are encouraged to contribute their strengths within an environment built on trust, respect, and shared purpose. For Radouan Bachiri, remarkable leadership is not about personal recognition, it is about creating connections that outlast individual accomplishments and building a future where collaboration, innovation, and international understanding continue to thrive.
